Process

Applying for a visa can be a very long process, from preparation to decision. (It may be a long time before a case officer is assigned.) For this reason, it is important to have a professional visa application agent such as a licensed immigration adviser who will take responsibility for your application until completion. If you have any questions after signing the contract, please do not hesitate to ask us. All correspondence will be kept confidential. The following is a brief outline of the process, from first contact, to the completion of the agreement. First of all, please fill in this assessment form.
Free Visa Eligibility Assessment

1. Fill in the Assessment Form

First of all, please fill in this assessment form so that we can evaluate whether you meet the relevant requirements and it is possible for us to apply on your behalf. Please make sure that you have filled in all the details and that they are correct. If you are applying for a work Visa, or Skilled Migrant Category Resident Visa, please make sure you include an up-to-date CV (Curriculum Vitae). If you would like us to provide immigration advice without signing the contract, please complete the same form. The hourly fee is charged at $250+GST. If you decide to use our representation service within 2 weeks, the consultation fee paid will be set off against the representation fee.

2. Assessment

If you meet the assessment criteria, we will inform you of our acceptance or rejection of your application and provide you with a quotation based on the information you have provided. If you wish to receive immigration advice, we will provide you with our account number and you will need to transfer the consultation fee to our account. After confirming the transfer, we will set up a date for an actual paid consultation, either face to face, by email, Skype or telephone (for NZ residents only).

3. Contract

If you wish to enter into a contract with us, we will send you a contract and an invoice. If you have any questions about the contents of the contract, please contact us before signing the contract. Once the contract has been signed and payment has been received, the actual service will commence.

4. Gathering Documents and Advice

We will advise you on what documents you will need for your visa application, and how to prepare them. If you are applying for a work visa or Skilled Migrant Category Resident Visa, we can also liaise directly with your employer. Basically, all documents and communication are exchanged online. If you have any questions, or if your circumstances change, please contact us. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

5. Visa Application

Finally, comes the stage where we make an application for your visa. We will prepare a cover letter, which is an explanatory document to be submitted to Immigration New Zealand (The client is responsible for reviewing the contents of the cover letter and the application form.)

6. Visa Application Result

We will prepare for the interview if necessary. We will communicate with the Immigration Office and submit additional documents to the Immigration Office if required. We will also prepare another cover letter for you. When we receive the decision, we will contact you the same day and send you the visa if it is approved. In case the visa is not issued, we will advise you on the next steps to take. This ends the whole process.
